Healthy Start/Husky Monday – Friday 8:30AM-1:00PM [By appointment only]
Apply for special health insurance for income eligible mother-to-be, and children up to 36 months of age.
Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Monday – Friday 8:30AM-4:00PM

WIC Satellite Clinics: – February 2nd and February 23rd 9:00AM – 3:00PM at the Naugatuck Senior Center, 300 Meadow St., Naugatuck [By appointment only]
February 17th 9:00AM – 3:00PM at the Plumb Memorial Library, 65 Wooster ST., Shelton [By appointment only]
Immunization Clinics – Tuesdays 2:00PM – 3:30PM [By Appointment Only]
Vaccines for Adults and Children, Influenza and pneumonia vaccines available.
Putting on AIRS Program – Monday-Friday 8:30 AM. In home assessment and education for ways to detect & manage children’s Asthma “TRIGGERS”.
