Reopening the Valley

All businesses subject to these guidelines are required to self-certify with the State of Connecticut prior to reopening.

The certification system can be accessed at https://business.ct.gov/recovery.

If you already self-certified your business during Phase 1, your business will NOT need to certify again during Phase 2.

Visit here for a searchable list of businesses that have self-certified.

This page will be updated as information is released or updated by the Department of Economic and Community Development.

If you have witnessed a business violating the Sector Rules that is not a public health facility, please fill out the complaint form on the State of CT website https://appengine.egov.com/apps/ct/COVID-19/Reopen-CT-Business-Complaint-Form or call 2-1-1.
