Attention Naugatuck Parents!

The Naugatuck Valley Health Department (NVHD) is conducting an anonymous survey to understand the community’s opinions and beliefs about routine childhood immunizations.

The purpose of this study is to help NVHD inform and improve our vaccine-related work to better serve the needs of the community.
