Reopening the Valley

All businesses subject to these guidelines are required to self-certify with the State of Connecticut prior to reopening.

The certification system can be accessed at https://business.ct.gov/recovery.

If you already self-certified your business during Phase 1, your business will NOT need to certify again during Phase 2.

This page will be updated as information is released or updated by the Department of Economic and Community Development.
