NVHD is currently closed to the public for walk-in appointments however you can call 203-881-3255 and either follow the prompts to the extension you are seeking or enter 100 to be connected to the Administrative Assistant.  Did you know that if you need to drop off an application or other document, you may leave it in the secure drop box located outside of the Environmental Health Division entrance?

Pediatric (5-11) Pfizer

  • Mondays & Wednesdays from 4-7pm
  • Saturdays 9-12pm

Location: 727 Rubber Ave, Naugatuck

  • Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 3-6pm
