All COVID-19 vaccines are FREE! Please bring your insurance card if you have it!

NO COPAY WITH ACCEPTED INSURANCES FOR INFLUENZA VACCINES!

Eligible residents should bring the proper insurance cards. NVHD accepts the following insurances:

• Anthem Blue Cross/ Blue Shield
• Cigna
• ConnectiCare
• Medicare Part B
• Medicaid

Please be advised that we are not able to accept Medicare Advantage plans, Oxford or United HealthCare for influenza vaccines.

*Recommended for those 65 years and older
