Eligible residents should bring the proper insurance cards. NVHD accepts the following insurances:

• Cigna
• ConnectiCare
• Medicare Part B
• Medicaid

Please be advised that we are not able to accept Medicare Advantage plans, Oxford or United Healthcare for influenza vaccines.

• High Dose Vaccine* – $70

*Recommended for those 65 years and older
